Cold Forming Foil (Alu-Alu)

The common material specification of this product is: Nylon Film 25 micron / Aluminium Foil 45 micron / PVC 60 micron. Other thickness combination are available upon request. This product is widely used in the pharmaceutical industries.

Blister Foil

It is usually 20 to 30 micron printed hard temper foil coated with special heat seal lacquer. It can be sealing to Base Material of: PVC, PVDC, PS, Apet Film or Cold Forming Foil (Alu-Alu). Blister Foil is widely used in the pharmaceutical industries.

Aluminium Strip Foil

It is usually a bi-laminate of Aluminium Foil 20-40 micron / Polyethylene Film 25-70 micron. Special print primer is coated on the foil surface for good printing purpose. OPV is applied to make the Alu Strip more gloss and stronger. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industries.

Top Seal Foil

It is usually a bi-laminate of Aluminium Foil 7-20 micron / Polyester Film 12 micron. Special heat seal lacquer can be coated on the foil or polyester surface depending on order requirement. The sealing base material can be: PS, PE, PP or Apet Film. It is widely used in the Food & Beverages industries.

Aluminium Induction Seal Liner

Various material combination are available for this product. This common material specification is: paperboard 0.9mm / Wax / Aluminium Foil 20 micron / PE 50 micron. Paperboard Embossing and Hologram Printing on Aluminium Foil are available.
